Lido App is a club management application designed for dart clubs. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when users access and use the application.

1. Data We Collect

Depending on use, Lido App may process name, email address, user account information, club membership and team affiliation, user roles and permissions, match participation and availability responses, messages sent through team communication features, notifications and related app activity, technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, and push notification tokens where push notifications are enabled.

2. How We Use Personal Data

Personal data may be used to create and manage accounts, verify access for approved club members, provide club and team management functionality, coordinate matches and availability, enable communication, send in-app and push notifications, maintain security and reliability, diagnose technical issues and improve the service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable, personal data is processed as necessary to provide requested app functionality and administer access, on the basis of legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or on another applicable legal basis. Consent is used where required by law.

4. Data Storage and Service Providers

Lido App uses third-party service providers to operate the application and store necessary data. These providers may process data on behalf of Lido App only as necessary to provide their services, including authentication, database storage, application functionality and notifications.

Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with authorized members of the same club where necessary for app functionality, with service providers required to operate the app, or where required by law or necessary to protect the service.

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, administer club access, meet applicable legal obligations and maintain security. Certain temporary app data may be deleted according to operational retention rules.

Lido App is intended for authorized members of participating dart clubs and is not directed at children below the age at which they may independently consent to relevant processing under applicable law.

Some service providers may process data outside the user's country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used under applicable data protection law.
